Currently, the middle-sized double room is available to move in immediately, Oct 2023, this property benefits from available off-street parking, and garden access. Property is offered furnished with an individual wardrobe and a double bed with drawers and cabinets in the bedrooms. I can offer a foldable table for use if required.

The house has a full kitchen and living room, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is a full bathroom on the first floor.

The current residents are two independent, respectful individuals working very hard in their careers. Please note that their working schedules can be very long and non-fixed, and we use the living room as an office/dining environment, we may take rest in the bedroom areas (1st floor), so we can only accommodate quiet activities throughout the house, and no parties are allowed. We do love conversations and light social activities occasionally when everyone is free. We are equally understanding that if you prefer some private and quiet time in. your bedroom or in the common area of the house. 

We only allow very occasional guests such as your friends, partner, and family visits. Due to the space and working arrangement, we may not be able to accommodate overnight or regular visitors, so please do ask if you have regular visitors, and we will try our best to accommodate. We expect weekly cleaning and maintenance by the residents. The responsibilities include cleaning all the common areas such as living room, kitchen, toilet and shower, hall way, etc. Residents are expected to maintain clean and tidiness of their own bedroom.

The landlord is flexible with the length of stay, however with a preference of long-term (more than 3 months). If your circumstances change during the term, or you find the social and living environment do not suit your lifestyle, and want to terminate the lodging contract, please do so respectfully, with 2 weeks notice. Holding viewings by advanced appointments only in the evenings and weekends, and also available via videos.
