Offering out my spare room. Flat is in a large new build block within a 4 min walk to Queens Road Peckham station.

Easy access to London Bridge, Canada Water, Canary Wharf. Also serviced by regular buses.

The room is a huge double bedroom with built in wardrobes. 3 large windows which lets in a lot of sunshine throughout the day as the flat is south facing. Fully furnished room and comes with a 50 inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime.

The room comes with sole use of the main bathroom with a shower over the bath as seen in pictures.

The flat itself is very large and spacious. I have a third smaller double bedroom which I use as a home office. Communal areas are the lounge/diner and kitchen. All of which are large with plenty of space to relax. Also a large balcony to enjoy in the warmer months.

Cleaner will also be provided within the cost of the rent (I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger though)

I’m a professional working in medical devices as well as completing a MSc. I like to keep active, playing badminton and doing CrossFit. Enjoy good food, film TV, socialising etc.

Ideally looking for someone who is relaxed, easy going, friendly and respectful. I’m a fairly low key person on the “partying” front so I’m looking for someone similar who goes for a more chilled vibe.
