I am going abroad for a month and have the opportunity to rent my room out for a month from November 19 - December 18,

The room is a nice double room on 5th floor with a large wardrobe, double bed, couch and a small chest of drawers in a 4 bedroom flat with a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The rent will be £950 all inclusive and there is no deposit.
Living with 3 guys all very quiet and professional.
Sharing a kitchen with everyone and a bathroom with only one person.

I may not be able to remove all my things but I am happy to dump everything into half of the wardrobe or take into storage,

Would suit anyone who wants the room for short term
