The toilet has a bidet. There are two showers. 16inche square rainfall effect overhead shower as we as the standard mobile shower.

The room has six plugs with inbuilt USB charging ports.

10 mins walk away from Canning Town Tube Station (and Canning Town Bus Station)

If you drive, then access to the A13 is at the end of the street. Partial parking restrictions enable visitors to park comfortably from the afternoon onwards.

The enclosure is well lit at night, extremely safe neighbourhood and no youths or yobs anywhere to be seen

the 24 hours McDonald's has always proved to be an asset to me

The local hospital is about 15 mins away.

Ice Lands, Co Operative, Londis and shops catering for Eastern Europe, Asia and Islamic community are just at the bottom of the road.

the room is £400 pcm including bills for one person.

you must give atleast one month's notice on rent payment day if you decided to leave

you must pay rent for the last month, as the deposit will not be used as rent for the last month's period.

late payments will be charged at £5 per day.
