***SHORT LET, about a fortnight give or take***

hi, i'm away for a few weeks this summer so looking for someone who might need a room in SE16 2. ideal for someone who needs a place to stay between houses.

itll be short let, from ~18 aug till about first week of sept, and its about a 6 min walk to surrey quays station

-double room in a flatshare w 3 professionals in their 20s. ideally looking for someone of a similar demographic (not essential) and clean and respectful (very essential).

-ground floor of a block of flats, access via street. its a two story flat so while this bedroom, as well as the kitchen/living space are on the ground floor, the bathroom and toilet are upstairs. no smoking indoors but there is a front and back patio where you can smoke.

-nearest station is Surrey Quays overground, about 6 minute walk away (can be quicker!). South Bermondsey is nearby also, about 12 minute walk. Southern rail from london bridge to streatham runs through here. Canada Water is about 15 mins walk away, but youd be quicker getting the overground or the bus (several bus routes nearby, including the 1, 381, 47, 188, etc)

-also to note, theres some wall damage thats yet to be repaired, which is also why the price is negotiable
-looking for someone who can pay full amount upfront when they get the keys!

-shopping centre nearby, as well as a lidl. the park is a about 3 minutes away which also has a gym

- also last thing to note, this photo is a bit old; the furniture is a bit differentnow (bigger desk), pre wall damage, and also is slightly wide angled. but the bed is normal sized so hopefully that keeps it in perspective
