The apartment has a balcony looking over the wharf (mini canal!) and so much natural light! Very spacious living area, huge kitchen and great amenities. Washing machine is located in a utility cupboard so very quiet!

The room is cosy, comes with loads of storage and amazing views over the wharf. Room gets great morning light too, and easy to keep warm during the winter.

Existing flatmates are two lovely girlies ( 25&28) super easy to get along with!! I will miss this flat greatly - only moving out to move in with my boyfriend!

Preferred move in date is weekend of June 13th, but let me know if you need flexibility 😊
