We’re looking for a friendly new housemate (or couple!) to join our home in De Beauvoir.

Large furnished room on the top (third) floor of the house, complete with:

- Your own level of the house

The House
You’ll be sharing with 2 others in their early 30s. We’re located in De Beauvoir, surrounded by great bars, cafés and pubs, just a 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction, 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington tube station plus a bus stop 1 minute away.

The house includes:
- Shared living space
- Kitchen with washing machine
- 1 bathroom
- Incredible private garden (our favourite part!)

About Us
We’re all friends with our own social lives, but also enjoy hanging out together and hosting friends from time to time. It’s a social and welcoming home, but definitely not a party house.

About You
We’re looking for a tenant or couple in their mid-20s to 30s who is friendly, clean, respectful and considerate. LGBTQIA+ friendly home 🌈
