Quiet, peaceful and cosy, this is home away from home in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a Georgian terraced house. There are delightful neighbours, cafes, restaurants, and two parks moments away.

6 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Tube station or 12 minutes from Camden Town. The flat is 20 minutes door to door from Kings Cross, 15 minutes from Euston and a 25-minute walk to Great Portland street or Baker Street.

The room has a triple built-in wardrobe that offers ample storage to maximise space in this 8.5 x 8.5 foot double room. There’s under bed storage too for suitcases and bulky items.

There is a desk and chair for working, and a brand new double memory foam mattress, with newly bought bedding, towels, and cushions. Towels and bedding are included. There’s a washer-dryer and everything you need in the kitchen.

The bathroom is shared, and next to your room so as en-suite as a bathroom can be. The shower has excellent pressure and plenty of hot water, but this is a shared bathroom and the only toilet is in there.

The kitchen-living room is tastefully decorated. Everything in here is new and impeccably clean. There’s a dining table and sofa, and room for your food to be stored in between stays.

I am a friendly professional who works long hours and is doing an MA too - so I’m early to bed and early to rise. I have the room at the front so there’s privacy in the flat with your room at the back. I respect privacy and the need for space but also am very happy having a chat and cup of tea when we're both around.
