We are a LGBTI+ welcoming and inclusive flat, the flatmates are currently 2 males and 1 female.

Walworth Road High Street is less than 5 minutes walk away, with a large Morrisions supermarket on our door step. Walworth road is a vibrant high street that has a large variety of shops, and easy access to East Street Market selling fresh food daily, The newly developed Elephant Park is easily accessed for restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The rent includes all bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax - and Fibre Broadband). The rent also includes a weekly cleaner who cleans the communal spaces, all toilet rolls, and cleaning supplies are included. - You wont need to spend any extra money on the flat!

Please be advised that due to the ongoing cost of living increase, we are ideally looking for a flatmate and that works from their office, but if this is not applicable we are willing to negotiate an additional fee for those that need to work from home to meet the increase of utilities usage.

Please note that this flat utilises the living room as a bedroom which helps to keep the cost for a room reasonable for this location.

We have ample kitchen necessities (cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, knives and forks, etc ) which are shared communally to eliminate the need for individual stuff. The kitchen appliances are a Hotpoint cooker, fridge and washing machine and Bosch Kettle, Toaster and Microwave). A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also present for use.

The room comes as pictured, the bedroom features a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. two bedside tables with reading lamps, floor lamp and rug. the room has an additional large built in storage cupboard and a full size wall-mounted mirror.

The flat is on the 1st floor of an extremely quiet two story building in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood with a small park just few minute walk away.

The flat is fitted with a modern 5 point linked smoke/fire and C02 detection system for added safety, the boiler is serviced yearly by a qualified professional and these records can be seen!

A little bit about me, I work full time as a barber locally, so when at home I am very chilled and spend most of my days relaxing or out with friends as my work can be draining some days, I'm sociable but do like my own space, I love to travel and will often be away several times a year.

The other flatmate is a reservations manager for a trendy restaurant, so if often home during the day and at work from late afternoons, he is a very sociable person and has a great personality.

We am looking for a friendly flatmate, who is CLEAN as although we have a cleaner you will be expected to clean up after yourself so that the facilities can be used by the next housemate after you, our flat is tidy and we are looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet flat.
