We have a new build double room to rent available ASAP in the convenient Elephant & Castle area (Zone 1). Rent is inclusive of all bills. London Bridge is a 20 minute walk so no need to take public transport if desired.

Only A short 7 minute walk to Elephant & Castle the tube and overground stations. 30 second walk to the nearest bus stops, supermarket & all amenities on Walworth Road. LOADS of green space / parks area nearby. Lots of exciting new restaurants & bars have opened in the area.

8 minute walk to Kennington tube station. Camberwell 15 minute walk.

The room has a desk and chair, a brand new double bed & a built in wardrobe. It has high ceiling and large windows with wooden floors.

FYI We are a couple living in one of the two double rooms. The bathroom is shared but we keep it really clean & have had no problems to date. We are laid back & friendly but also have our own lives & looking for someone similar :)
