Dear Students and young professionals,

We have one double bedroom for rent in our lovely apartment from the 1st of January 2023 for 3 months minimum, 1-year max.
It's 1200£/M for a short-term stay (3-4 months).

The second room (with the red couch in the pictures) is occupied by me:
4th-year student in architecture and engineering at UCL
from Paris, France... (but lived in Bristol for the past 7 years).

-The third room is occupied by an English girl from Durham Uni working during the day but leaves the apartment by the end of January so her room would be available too.

The location is great: 5 minutes from Bermondsey, 10 from Borough station, and 15 from Elephant and Castle. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away... and a swimming pool just 10 minutes walking distance.

The flat is in a three-storey house and has a communal backyard (with a cute family of foxes and my outside art studio!) and a green and sunny park in front.

The apartment was recently renovated, and we have a Bosch dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
