Available from 1st August, the flat is located on the top floor of a lift-accessible building less than 10mins walk between Borough and Elephant & Castle tube stations, We're a stone's throw from plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes, markets, gyms, parks, theatres and a swimming pools.

The north side of the flat has amazing views of The City skyline, the south side of the gardens and growing Elephant Park developments. The flat has recently had a new bathroom and a new boiler with central heating fitted. Bills are around £50 pm, which comprises of gas, water, electric, broadband and council tax.

You will be taking my place, but the other flatmates are 3 guys, 2 English and 1 Welsh. All working central, one as a sound technician at the Globe Theatre, one in a pharmacy and the other as a PT. There interests are the usual; football, squash, rugby, boxing, socialising, cooking and pub quizzes. Looking for down to earth, clean, respectful flatmates, who are easy to get along with.
