My current housemates and I are planning to move out in August and we are currently looking for someone to replace us in this lovely and cozy flat in Elephant & Castle!
Since we’ve been living there for the past 5 years, we’re helping our landlord to find the new perfect tenants.

The flat is very bright and the neighbourhood very quiet, so it’s perfect for professionals or students who want to live central but enjoy a good view ( it’s located on the 9th floor!) and a very nice area with facilities around!
You can see the London Eye and the Big Ben from there!!! ( amazing news: you can see the New Years Eve Fireworks for free!)

The total price of the flat is £1750 + bills( electricity-council tax- internet) (water is included).

The flat can be divided by two couples or between 3 friends if you’re willing to transform the living room in a 3rd room.
