Spacious furnished room with a double bed in a three-bedroom flatshare on Clapham road with large living room & well equipped kitchen. I'm aiming to move out on the 13th and would like someone to move in after that.

Current flatmates are two male young professional types: a civil servant and a business relationships manager. Very friendly, but will also happily let you keep yourself to yourself if that's more your speed. All of us will be handling viewings so hopefully you'll get to meet them!

There's a Tesco metro round the corner, a Lidl down the road towards Stockwell and a big Sainsbury's near Vauxhall. There's also a gym, post office, off-licence, fish bar, pub and coffee shop all within about three minutes walk!

The flat's about three minutes walk from Oval station and six minutes from Stockwell, both on the Northern Line. We're also about 15 minutes walk to Vauxhall station. There's a cycle-hire stand literally right outside (takes me about 20 minutes door to door to my office by Bank).

Bills usually come to £83 a month.
