Hello :) Looking to rent my room out from 3rd August to the 10th September. There’s flexibility with this, and there may be the potential to extend it for a few months after.

The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from both Elephant and Castle Tube (Zone 1) and Kennington Tube (where the pesky Northern line splits in half, so you get the best of both worlds). We are also a 4 min walk from c. 30 bus routes to anywhere in London, and just off a fabulous market, where you can get 12 lemons for £1!

The room is a lovely, large master bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat. The room comprises of a double bed (v comfy!), chest of drawers, double wardrobe, linen basket, and bedside tables, but with plenty of space still! The flat itself is lovely and quiet, and has a large living room with a separate kitchen, and a glorified walkway that we like to call a balcony (it has flowers and seats, so it counts). I can send more pictures of the bedroom :)

You’d be sharing the bathroom, and the flat, with Lindsey, who is lovely and works at a non-profit in the City.
The rent is normally £700 a month, but I’m willing to cut it to £700 for the 5 weeks, plus bills.
