Our place is a large three bedroom, two bathroom and two floor house right around the vibrant Borough Market. The room is spacious, 13sqm (140sq ft) with built in closet and desk.
House is conveniently located for all the shops, restaurants and cafés that are available in nearby area . Not to mention, the City is 10 minutes walk away, Tate Modern 3 minutes away , London Bridge 2 minutes and Monmouth coffee shop is right around the corner.

The house has a spacious and relaxing living room, large kitchen and amazing backyard deck (12 hours of sun in London, yes, it's possible). The deck is an ideal place for many activities: from reading in the sun the whole afternoon to organizing small bbq with your friends.

Although located next to a vibrant area, house itself is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Current tenancy mix is: 24 year old American female working in Finance and 28 year old Australian male working in Comms . Ideal new tenant is professional, friendly, tidy and respectful. If you feel you might be that third musketeer please get in touch :)
