Hi all!
I’ve moved out of my two bed flat in between Peckham and Camberwell and looking for someone ASAP to take over.
The room available is a good size double with an en-suite and two double wardrobes.
The flat is in a converted mill and has a modern kitchen with dishwasher!! A good size living room with dining table/ sofa/ tv and amazing balcony with table and chairs
The location is amazing and a 2 min walk to the bus stop, has a Tesco express/ takeaways/ pure gym at the top end of the road and burgess park at the other end.
Camberwell green is a 10 min walk one way with shops/ bars / restaurants and rye lane is 15 min walk the other way with a big Lidl/ Morrison’s and obviously pubs, bars and restaurants a plenty!
Rent is £759 a month (deposit £900) including council tax and water bill and the rest of the bills come to around £40/£50 a month. Private landlady also who is super nice and always willing to help.
Living with one other flatmate, who I can vouch is lovely, tidy and all round great person working freelance in the PR industry
