Hello everyone!

I have an available room from mid-late December. The flatmates are three friendly Spanish (a couple and a male), two of them working at top firms and the other one a science student. The location is close to Lambeth Bridge, with views to the Thames and the Parliament.

It is a three bedroom flat, with two bathrooms (one of them en suite in the couple's room), a separate kitchen, a large living room and a hallway. The room has plenty space for the daily routine and contains a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and long coat rack.

The flat is quite modern and has amazing views. It includes everything you need: washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. The living room contains a large smart TV, armchairs, sofa and dining table. In addition, the building has a 24-hour gym and concierge.

The rent is 851 pounds per month without bills (only includes water). Bills are around 100 pounds approximately.
