Double room:
£775pcm

Flat: 2 bedroom, split level, bright, two balconies, bathroom with shower over bath, extra toilet, huge living room with kitchen (dishwasher) - big living space, so you don’t need to hide in your room :) close to the city (elephant&castle, London Bridge and borough being your closest tube stations but I’m getting everywhere by bus!), many shops nearby, big park too.

Room: small double with private balcony (good for smokers), toilet right next to it, you’re basically the only one using it.

Flatmate(s): I’m a bartender/nail artist, clean and organised but I like some fun too :) I’m looking for someone to not just live with but share my space with, so we would need to get along. Also there’s the little ginger guy - cat means hair, need for attention and begging for food but in exchange he gives love and purrs!

Deposit: no need for a deposit if you go the legitimate way and sign a letting agreement, otherwise let’s talk about it
