Hi I have a double bedroom available from the 1st of March. The flat is just 3 min walk from the Waterloo station! I’ve been living here for 8months and now I am planning to move close to my work.

The rent is 720pounds and it’s a big double bedroom with lots of closets, a double bed, a desk, and a small table. Some bills are included (water, internet, council tax) and you will be paying maximum 30pounds more for the gas and electricity (in the summer it costs between 10-20pounds). so it will be between 730-750pounds total per month. It’s a private flat in a council house. and it has no living room

Currently there are four girls living in the flat, One girl is also moving out soon. you will be living with Aditi( professional, Italian) and Anna(professional, French) and the new flatmate. Aditi and Anna both are really nice and clean. I would like to find someone who is considerate, clean and responsible. Aditi is allergic to fish so I am looking for someone who doesn't need to cook fish. (you can have tuna, or take away fish in your room though)

It’s hard to find a big room with this cost in Waterloo. and whenever there is a problem in the flat, the landlord is willing to fix it as soon as possible. I am going to upload photos soon but feel free to ask me any questions!
