We're looking for a flatmate to move into our beautiful townhouse in Elephant Park. The property is a new-build over three floors, and benefits from underfloor heating throughout. This room takes up the whole of the third-floor, giving you your own private space within the house.

The room is bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a Juliette balcony. The room is carpeted, and features a large storage cupboard, extensive wardrobe space as well as an ensuite bathroom. To the back of the property, the bedroom opens on to a 12 m2 private roof terrace, which gets some very nice light in the summer!

The kitchen boasts all the mod cons, as well as ample cupboard space, and a large dining table in the bay window. The living room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, which open into our private garden, which in turn backs on the landscaped communal gardens.

There are three bedrooms in total, with one occupied by a gay couple and their dog (Jacob the Sproddle, who I guarantee you will love), and the other by me.

We're all young professionals working in London, who love our home and like to hang out frequently. In the summer, we love to make the most of the outdoor space, and like good food and wine! We are house proud, and do like to keep the place clean and tidy.

The room is not accessible as it’s on a second floor and there are stairs.
