My flat is in a quiet part of Camberwell, close to a park and not too far from either Oval or Denmark Hill stations. I'm looking for someone who'd be looking to use the room Monday - Friday (or less is fine). If you'd like to stay the whole week, please note that the rent would be higher.

I'm not around too much during the week with work and other social activities, so you'd have the flat to yourself quiet a lot during the week. I'm looking for a considerate flatmate who wouldn't trash my place but equally wants to feel at home there.

The room is a small double sharing the shower room with me. The kitchen is nicely appointed and you'd be welcome to make use of it. Living room space would be shared with me, but as said, I'm not always around that much after work.

There's no hurry and the Covid situation means that I'm happy to wait a while. If you're interested, let me know.
