We are looking for a lovely person to join our flat share in Elephant & Castle. The flat is very bright, has a big sitting room, is on the 3rd floor (no lift), and is about a 5 minute walk from the station. Well-equipped kitchen with all the white goods, big living room (new couches, inkl a sofa bed are on the way), wooden floors and lots of light.

We are two women (late 20s - early 30s) who like drinking wine together but also value our own space. We are looking for an outgoing woman in her mid 20s - 30s who is clean, progressive (tories and brexiters need not apply), values her independence but is also up for some good times.

The room is available from 1 August and is £520 a month plus bills which come to £60-80 a month
