A double room in a first floor, new build flat in Camberwell will be available to rent from Saturday 5th September 2020. All bills included.

The room has a king-size bed and an en suite shower room. It also has two large, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and a tallboy chest of drawers.

There would be plenty of room for storage under the bed and there is also a wardrobe for coats in the hallway which you would share with the other tenant.

The flat is only 3 years old and there is a weekly cleaner who, along with the current tenant, keeps the place spotless!

The flat has a kitchen/living room with Sky TV, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and two balconies. There is also a resident's garden on the same floor as the flat. Also, there is a concierge in the building, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week who can take your deliveries and looks after the general upkeep of the building.

The current tenant is the dream housemate! So friendly, quiet, calm and respectful. I lived with her myself for just under a year and we had the perfect balance; friendly but respectful of each other's space. The current tenant has been there for two years and is only moving out because she is buying somewhere.

We are ideally looking for a professional female, or a post-grad student who would relish living in a clean, tidy and calm house.
