Two double bedrooms available to rent located within a gated development in the heart of Victoria

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated flat. Also you'd be sharing with me, a 26 year old female professional who works in the City of London

The property is so large and the rooms are the biggest I've seen in London. It's fully furnished with a brand new washing machine, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The rooms have a double bed and large wardrobe space.

The property is worth £1.7 million, is gated, has secure underground parking, lifts, a 24 hour porter/concierge, and right next to Westminster, St. James Park, Victoria tube stations.

The porter takes all rubbish out and collects our parcels so we don’t have to.

Rent is £1100 per month for the en-suite room and £900 for second bedroom with shared bathroom (You’d share with me) I’m very clean and tidy!

Bills: Water is included. We would have to split electricity, WiFi, and council tax. I estimate it will be around £100-150 per month or £30-50 each.

Reception room/shared living area: This is a separate room with a door so I am turning it into my bedroom. The flat is too expensive for only 2 people so splitting the rent between 3 makes this luxurious flat more affordable.
