Im a 35 year old live-in landlord, who will be mostly traveling next year to start a new business and therefore I am looking for two amazing and reliable people to subvent my apartment. I will be around only a few days a month, if at all.

The flat is located on a high floor in one of the new towers in elephant and castle.

There are two bedrooms available, one large en-suite and one double room, who would share the bathroom with me, in case I should be around. The flat is super modern, with underfloor heating, 1GBPS hyperopic internet, and stunning views all over London, including London Eye, St Pauls, City of London, Shard and Canary Wharf.

I will rent out the rooms for 12 months, with a break clause after 6 months. After 12 months, I will see, if the rent can be extended but it will depend on my living situation then.
