Room 1 is 3. 10 X 2. 55m (+ 1. 10 X 0. 75m walk-in wardrobe which is outside the rectangle, but accessible only from it) = Total floor area including wardrobe is ca. 8.75m2.
Room 2 is 3. 6 X 2. 9m, but includes a built-in wardrobe (which of course can not be moved) of 0. 65m2 or 1. 2 X 0. 55m, so Total Floor area incl wardrobe is ca. 10. 45m2.
Room 3 is a single bedroom.
The cost of the room is negotiable! It includes everything (except the optional extras as below), so no bills, nothing extra for the Council Tax and everything needed for the flat itself is also included like washing-up liquid, toilet paper, cleaning chemicals etc. you don't need to buy anything and you don't need make contributions of any kind to bills at all! You just need your own food and shampoo etc.
This area is central London (Congestion Charging Zone and Ultra Low Emissions Zone) near London Bridge and it is a busy working area not a suburban area! All central areas of London are within walking distance from here, but there must be 70 Bus routes, 4 Main-line railway Stations and 5 Underground Tube Stations (6 Lines) within 15 mins walk from here! An additional new mainline rail has now opened at London Bridge Station further increasing capacity and link new areas.
The Double rooms which were purpose built of statutory dimensions as double bedrooms, are £165.00p per week / £700.00p per month and come with the "up to 1000Mbps / 1Gbps etc" un-limited download fibre-optic Broadband secure wireless network (WLAN)(WiFi) all included in the monthly charge.
Winter central heating is on now of course and is included (N. B. guaranteed to minimum 18 degrees Celcius only, though actually it is usually warmer), at no additional charge, but the latest news is that costs are expected to rise again and it is already very expensive, so for early 2022 (end of March perhaps?) the included value of this part of the rent is subject to revision, but hopefully it will stay the same. We normally all agree a heating schedule before the heating season starts, but additional plug-in Electric heating is an optional extra at £8.75p per week (or per KWhrs equivalent for agreed hours) if you like it luxuriously hot!
Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer available here. We keep this flat clean ourselves and have an organized rota for cleaning which you would be expected to participate in. If you don't like cleaning, or want to opt out of the cleaning at any time you can just swop with someone else or barter or pay the cash equivalent to one of us to do your cleaning for you (if we're willing!). Everything except room size is negotiable: so if you are on a budget, just let me know and negotiate!
