Lovely Double room in apartment within nice building. The bathroom is newly refurbished.
The flat has a small kitchen with small area for eating in and dinning table. Kitchen has washing machine, toaster and microwave.
it is 15 min walk from Stockwell and Vauxhall station.
Bedroom is fully furnished, double bed, chest of draws and clothes rail. there is storage (4 drawers) under the bed. .Lovely big window that looks out towards the back of the house, so is nice and quiet. All the bills included except electricity.
As we are just two, we need to divide the electricity bill. it is normally £50 per person monthly.
