A bright clean lovely room for a single person situated in Vauxhall. 5to 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall bus, tube and train Station and Oval Station. The property is a top floor flat in 2 story building and the area is very quiet and secure. Located near several restaurants, fast food, pubs cafe and shops, gym and parks for convenience. There is also a library, and several famous supermarkets only 15 minutes walk. The area is also well serviced by buses. It is a family home with two children who are 11 and 8yrs old. As such we would prefer a female who likes children and is clean, tidy respectful and friendly. My husband works shifts and the children are usually in bed by 8:30 pm week days. my husband enjoy going gym, martial arts, watching tv and a glass of wine or a pt of guinness and i enjoy to do the gardening, go for walks and sightseeing.
