I'm looking for a flatmate to share this nice cozy two bedroom house right next to Tower Bridge, it's one street behind Shad Thames, quiet and safe.

The house has two floors, two double bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a living room, separate kitchen downstairs. We also have front packing space and back garden. What a plus - imagine summer BBQ in the garden! The garden opens to an enclosed parking space, again quiet and safe.

The house is furnished and equipped with everything you might need, so will suit someone who will move in light. Your room has one double bed, fit in wardrobe, a desk and a bookcase if you would like to keep them.

The location is undoubtably one of the most sought after in London. To prime locations like the City, Liverpool Street, or east to Canary Wharf it takes less than 20 mins. It's 8 mins on the bike from the City for me! The closest tube station is London Bridge, or cross the river Tower Hill. There are also a good number of buses you can take just 2 mins outside of the house.

Bills and council tax would be about £160 per person per month, plus £20 pp for cleaner every 3 weeks.

Might also suit someone who wants Mon to Fri, then I will pay a bit more to reduce your rent portion.

As planned, the house will undergo a loft conversion next year. Therefore, it's only available from now till end of year, with small potential for extension.
