Im looking to fill a gorgeous double room in an immaculately presented flat - ideal for a couple! (Or individual!)

The room has a King sized bed, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets, and plenty of space for any of your own furniture. It also comes with an ensuite complete with bath/shower.

The 2nd floor flat has a spacious and light filled living room and a fantastic kitchen, all in a great location. We're a 4 min walk to Oval station, and only a 20 min walk or short bus journey to Clapham or Brixton. Northern Line can get you to the city centre in 15 mins, ideal for commuting!

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a current tenant. A little bit about me: 27 year old female, currently work in the charity sector in challenge events fundraising. I'm a keen runnner, netball-er, lover of decent beer, and studied Music at University. I'm looking for reliable, down-to-earth housemates who are up for a laugh and are looking for a place to call home!

Landlord's are lovely, and really helpful if you need anything done - you'll get to meet them before you move in too.
