2 bed flat over 2 floors with a great balcony. Kitchen is super modern with dishwasher, washing machine etc. You’d have a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a bedside table. Bathroom is shared but really nice and has a large shower. We’re on the 17th floor so amazing views and the block has 2 lifts and a concierge which is a real plus. We’re just over a 5minute walk from Oval station and there are plenty of buses too. Only a bit further to Stockwell station the other direction and also around a 15 minute walk to Vauxhall. There's a Tesco express just down the road and plenty of other small shops, gyms etc.

We’re both pretty calm people and would hope to have someone who would keep the place clean and tidy. My boyfriend works as a software developer and I’m in my final year studying physiotherapy so the weeks tend to be pretty busy for us and we like to just cook and relax in the evenings.

Our previous lodger tended to keep to himself and this worked really well for us. We're probably after someone who would like this as a place to stay but is not necessarily looking for super sociable flat-mates during the week. That being said we're both super friendly (I hope!) and want you to feel at home!

We have things like an iron, drying rack etc. which you are welcome to use. In addition you're welcome to use any kitchen items (pots, pans, plates etc.) if you don't want to bring your own. We're more than happy for you to store stuff in your bedroom over the weekend. We will need to use the bedroom occasionally at the weekend and would ask you just to remove your sheets on these weekends (though in reality, this was only about 2 or 3 times last year!).
