Large furnished room with an ensuite bathroom in Camberwell SE5 available from the beginning of September in a house shared with two others. There is no lounge but we have a reasonable sized kitchen and pretty courtyard garden. Bills will be included. I am an artist and art therapist working part time from home and will be away for periods of time. The other flatmate is a vegan abseiler who enjoys wild camping, running, cycling and other outdoor activities. It is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Oval station on the Northern line, a 10 minute bus ride to Vauxhall on the Victoria line, a 15 minute bus ride to Victoria. The rent is £850 pcm. .
