Large double room, with separate bathroom, to rent Monday to Friday located close to London Bridge and the City. Photos include building, its amenities, room and bathroom - happy to welcome you around for a viewing or Skype tour and send along additional photos!

Room comes furnished with a quality double bed, sizeable wardrobe, two bed side tables, a TV and a lamp/Dyson fan. The room also has exclusive use of the guest bathroom, which also has some storage space..

As it is a Monday to Friday let, bed linens and towels can be provided. And there is a regular cleaner.

The lounge and kitchen are shared use and the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans etc.

Two concierge team members on duty 24/7. Key fob entry into the building and added security of fob entry to the lift.

All bills: hyperoptic broadband, water, electricity, council tax, service charge and cleaning are included in price.

Ideally located near London Bridge and the City (or even Canary Wharf):
• Elephant and Castle (on the Bakerloo and Northern lines) is a 2 minute walk away
• 15 minute walk to London Bridge and Waterloo
• Thameslink from Elephant and Castle to Bank is a 5 minute walk
• The following buses are just outside the building: C10 bus to Canada Water, 35 bus to Shoreditch, 343 Bus to Liverpool Street, 40 Bus to Aldgate (all buses except C10 passing through London Bridge within 5 minutes)- I work in Canary Wharf and door to door my commute is about 25 minutes.

The room would suit a clean and tidy professional who works in the City, London Bridge or Canary Wharf during the week, but will commute home on weekends. I am a business development professional working in financial services. Frequently, I'm at client events throughout the week but otherwise work from home.
