Hello!

We are looking for a flatmate to fill the third double room in our top floor flat in a beautiful Victorian mansion block, a 5 minute walk from Burgess Park and a 10-15 minute walk to Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations.

The flat has a large kitchen and separate shared living room, as well as a modern bathroom, plus access to an outdoor courtyard (handy for storing bikes).

We encourage each other to use the communal spaces for storage and bits and bobs, so everyone can really make the space theirs.

We are two guys in our mid twenties who are clean and tidy housemates and have a social and queer friendly home. We also respect each other’s alone time and space. We work in the food industry and education and love to cook, chill and watch movies. No pressure though!

The rent is £715 a month excluding bills, which come to approximately £80 per month.

We are looking for someone who will be happy to do their fair share of the cleaning and who will be willing to sign on a new lease with us from 9 April. There is some flexibility on move in date, and although the room will be unfinished the housemate who's moving out has some furniture that he would be willing to sell at a very reasonable price, if you wanted, as he is going travelling.
