It's on the top (fourth) floor (with lift) in a safe, quiet block. Being high up means you've got lovely views of the city skyline, most notably the Shard, and less noise from the road (although it's only a side street anyway). Double glazing also helps keep the place calm, quiet, and warm.

One room is available. Room is a good size double for zone 1, and is calm and blessed with lots of natural light. Furnished tastefully by those stylish people at IKEA and have great amounts of storage.

No silly admin fees or crazy deposits here: only the one off 21 pounds charge the government requires to protect your deposit (one month's rent), and bills are all inclusive at 49 pounds per person per month - which includes council tax, unlimited super fast Broadband, unlimited water, gas, electricity (plus lightning fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!).  

As far as your landlord, I'm a young, friendly professional who doesn't mind if you have people over to stay, and wants you to treat the place like your home! I'm also an LLAS accredited landlord so know how to make the place safe and secure for everyone, and get problems sorted asap so we can all get on with enjoying living in the centre of the world's greatest metropolis.
