We are looking for a new flatmate to take a bright, airy double room in a well maintained fully furnished flat available from 11th April 2020. You will be sharing with two friendly flatmates and both will be working professionals. Ideally you will also be professional.

The flat is located 5 minutes from Vauxhall station tube, rail and bus station or a short walk to both South Bank and Westminster. Alternatively Kennington (Northern Line) and Lambeth North (Bakerloo) tube stations are about a 10 – 15 minutes walk away. Being so central allows easy access to The City, The West End and the many attractions that Central London has to offer. There are some nice pubs and parks locally and a Tesco supermarket just a few moment away.

The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. It has two magnificent double glazed sash windows that allows an abundant amount of light into the room. There is also more storage space around the flat.

The rest of the flat is well-equipped with a recently refurbished fitted kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with shower. There is no living room - however, the bedroom is a good size. And anyway, London is a great living room! The flat is kept very clean and everyone is quite social but not intrusive.

The rent is £750 per month, and the deposit is one month's rent. Council tax and bills are inclusive, except the electricity, cleaning and internet, which is shared between the flatmates and comes in at around £15 to £20 pounds a month. The landlord is really friendly and reliable, and immediately fixes anything that goes wrong in the house.
