We are 3 creative minded people, working in Film/academia/charity sector.

We enjoy going out to clubs/concerts etc, parties, making/playing music, growing vegetables, doing BBQs, hanging out being daft. It’s a good place for parties, though that doesn’t happen very often these days.


It’s super important to us that we are all friends and feel a sense of community - so if you’re interested please give information about yourself so we can decide if you’re a potential fit.


In the house there are two outdoor areas, a huge open plan living/kitchen space (with grand piano/bar/tonnes of light) and a beautiful and leafy private courtyard entrance.

The room is a large double available 1st July. It’s ‘unfurnished’ but Lilla is prepared to donate the wardrobe, bed frame and mattress, and chest of drawers if you want them (pictured). They’re pretty great, but if you don’t want them, she can get them taken away.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs used by 3 of the housemates. Downstairs has a separate toilet.

Bills add up to around 200/month. Of course this fluctuates through the seasons! We have fast internet and a cleaner fortnightly.

Because the place is so awesome, we keep it clean, and tidy up after ourselves. Clean/tidy people preferred!
We aren't considering couples, unfortunately.

We all contribute to the place, and have purchased furniture etc together over the years to make the place what it is. We are all responsible for gardening and stuff, and keep the place looking nice! So it’s essential you want to do the same, and to make it a home, not just somewhere you sleep.

We are close to the tube (Northern Line), which will get you into Soho or Old Street in 15 minutes. It is very well connected.
