We are two flatmates, sadly losing our third member to a job in Edinburgh at the end of September. This is a great flat (we've been here for two years) and we would love to stay, so we are looking for a sociable replacement to start on the 29th of September.

The room you'd be taking is the largest bedroom in this 3-bed flat. We are conveniently located between Oval and Vauxhall stations, on a quiet residential street. The flat occupies the upper floors of a Victorian terraced house (no ground floor windows), with an excellent loft living space. Parks, shops, and the river are just a short walk away.

The rent is £766 per month, plus bills, and the deposit is 6 weeks of rent. The tenancy starts on 29/09/20, and runs for 12 months with a break clause actionable after 6 months.

We are laid back and sociable flatmates, up for a drink as well as the odd round of Boggle, and are hoping to find someone who can be an active member of the group. No cider drinkers.
