Downstairs has so many buses basically I can get to anywhere zone 1 with bus. 8 mins walk to super big Sainsbury’s Tesco, M&S and Waitrose. Within 15mins walking you have pubs, restaurants, small gardens etc. Pimlico is a very safe and quite residential area yet super convenient.

Smoking only on balcony. No pets.
