We are looking for a housemate in a homely and professional 4-bed house in Oval. A single and double room are available for sole occupancy.

The house is spacious and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen comes fully fitted with appliances throughout. There's a garden and separate living room too along with one bath room and one shower room. The house has fast fibre broadband throughout.

Both bedrooms come with a bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The single has a large cupboard just outside which is also available for extra storage.

The house is just off Camberwell New Road and surrounded by great local amenities including Kennington Park and a selection of pubs and restaurants. The location also provides a variety of transport links including Oval tube station (8 mins walk), Vauxhall station and a bus stop, which provides 24-hour bus services into central London (30 second walk). There is also a Co-op, corner shop and takeaway 30 seconds walk away.

There are three housemates living here at the moment Hannah (musician), Linxin (architect) and George (project manager), all young professionals looking for someone similar minded and friendly to join.
