We're looking for a new housemate to join us in this beautiful and modern home in the heart of Camberwell.

We have a huge open and modern kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and a big dining table for shared meals. It leads onto a nice garden and there are also benches out the front that we share with the neighbours. There's a very spacious living room with desks and sofas that can be used for working from home or relaxing.

The room is at the back of the house looking out onto the garden and gets the morning sun. It would come with the Ikea storage unit pictured and there is the possibility of the bed staying too if this was needed. There is an extra storage cupboard with a rail for clothes in the hall outside the room.

There are three bathrooms in the house with two showers and a shower/bath, and the larger bathroom has a full-wall mirror.

As a house we're four really friendly girls who are all musicians/ working for charities. We enjoy watching films in the living room together in the evenings but are also independent. If you have a love of music or are a musician that's an added bonus!

We live in a really nice and quiet bit of Camberwell, right opposite a lovely park with a cafe, and we're five minutes walk from lots of great restaurants. There are loads of bus routes that are five minutes walk from us, and you can easily get a bus to Oval for the Northern Line or Vauxhall for the Victoria Line. It's a 15 minute walk to Denmark Hill station for the overground.

We currently pay £85 each a month for all bills. Move in dates are flexible, we pay rent on the 25th so if you wanted to move in early Jan that would be an option , or if you wanted to moved in from Jan 25th, that would be possible too.
