Your room: spacious with decent storage space on the first floor, additional closet, and your own separate little bathroom with WC. Furnished but space for your own furniture if needed.
The apartment:
Very unique and huge apartment attached to a church, rooftop terrace and remarkable view on Tower of London.
First floor includes your room, your bathroom, and and additional room that we currently use as a guest room (can also be used as study room/office) with view into the oldest church in London.
Second floor comprises of my bedroom, the main bathroom with rain shower, and hidden washing machine (incl. dryer), separate kitchen with dish washer, living room and access to the rooftop terrace.
Public transport: 5 min to Tower Hill (District and Circle lines), 5 min to Tower Gateway (DLR), 7 min to Bank (Central line), 10 min to London Bridge (all other lines and railway).
It's a very unique and quirky location as the apartment is part of the church's building. The church is still in use but this does not really impact the apartment. Although the apartment is right next door to the Tower of London, it is not really impacted by the tourism around it.
I am looking for a fun, responsible, clean Professional to join me in the tenancy of this phenomenal apartment starting beginning of December. I am happy to arrange viewings in the eve or over the weekend. It would be great if you can drop some information about yourself as well when contacting me.
The apartment is let through a helpful agency, Portico.
