Hi there, 

thanks for stopping by. Our flatmate leaving her double bedroom by Vauxhall Station, and we are looking for someone to move in. We are starting viewings or video viewings immediately.

The room is big enough for a workout in it. Comes with a double bed, wardrobe,  chest of drawers and a coffee table.

The flat also comes with 2 male and one female flatmates (25-33) who all work during the day and enjoy a quiet night in, theatre, sports, etc. 

We are looking for someone who doesn't bring the party home and knows how to look after themselves and shared space. Everyone cleans once a month and looks after the flat generally, of course. We expect you to be organised and reliable in regards to picking up after yourself and living together. 

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, stove, oven and fridge. 

The bathroom has got a shower and a tub. There is no sitting room. 

The flat is very close to Vauxhall station and with that all the trains and busses and the Victoria and Northern Line. There are a couple of gyms in the area, one just across the road, with swimming pool and sauna. Big Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose are near by - 10min walk.
