Hello! I have a double room to rent in Kennington, few minutes walk from the tube - Northern line a few stops to Bank/ Waterloo/embankment.
The room is free from the 15th August (flexible to start of September).
Currently the bedroom has a bed, drawers and mirror.
Rent is £725 a month including internet, gas, council tax, electric, water and netflix.
I work Monday- Friday in sales.
I'm looking for someone ideally of a similar age (31) who is easy going, clean and tidy, working rather than studying preferably. I want someone that is looking for a home rather than just a room and is happy to chill in the living room, maybe get take away or have a glass of wine.
