Hello, this is Sojung and I am looking for a chill, responsible tenant to take over my room in Holborn.

- It is a two-bedroom apartment with 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and no shared living room.

- Furniture: a double bed, 2 desks, sofa, wardrobe, hanger, drawer, bookshelf, electric heater, 2 boilers, multiple lightings, and a printer.
All cooking materials including cutleries and a washing machine are furnished in the kitchen as well.

- Convenient, central location: 5 min walk to both Chancery Lane and Farringdon station, and 15 min walk to King's Cross and Holborn. Also, there are multiple bus stops around the house where you can take buses to everywhere in London.
* Central, Hammersmith& City, Circle, and Metropolitan Line available

- Easy access to airports: You can take a direct train to Gatwick Airport from Farringdon station, or take Piccadilly line from Holborn if you want to go to Heathrow.

- Facilities around the flat: supermarket (M&S, Sainsbury's, 24hr convenience store), pharmacy, gym, bar, street food market, cafe, bank (Lloyds/ Barclays/ HSBC), barbers, etc are all within 5 min walking distance.

- Students are very much welcomed, but it would be easier if you have a job as you would be expected by the landlord to pay 6 months' rent in advance without a reference to work:)

- Council tax: 100% exempted if you are a student! However, the price differs if you are employed.

- There is currently construction going on during weekdays to change the windows into double glazing. They aim to finish the work by mid- March.

It is a cozy flat with a reasonable price in an amazing location. I was so happy living in this flat while I was in London, and hope it finds a new tenant who enjoys the room as much as I did:) Currently, my flatmate Andre is in the other room. He is a chill, caring and loving flatmate, and I hope you guys get on well.
