3-4 NIGHTS PER WEEK in beautiful Camden Town home - double room, furnished

I'm looking for a weekday lodger, 3 or 4 nights per week (must include Monday and Tuesday nights). Perfect for someone needing a place to lay their head in prime London location during the working week but with a main home elsewhere. Ideal lodger will be out at work/uni during the day.

3 nights = £120 pw
4 nights = £160 pw

Security deposit: 5 weeks' rent
Rent paid weekly on Mondays by BACS.
I can provide and wash sheets and towels for an extra £5 per week.

There is another weekday lodger in the property and the landlord (me) who works away some of the time.

The room is beautiful and bright, a medium double, newly painted, with brand new oak floors and door, curtains, voils, with high-quality furniture including double bed, desk and chair, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. It is bright with a large window and lots of natural light. There is storage available for you to keep a few belongings in between your stays.

The flat is spacious, light and very clean and tidy. It is also very calm, particularly for such a central location. There is a large communal garden with chairs/table, shared with the other residents in the block. The flat is a few hundred metres from The Regent's Park, and right in the heart of all that Camden Town has to offer. Euston and King’s Cross are a twenty-minute walk away. Many of London’s top universities are also within twenty minutes’ walk.
The flat is in an amazinglocation and excellent condition.
There is a large communal kitchen /dining room and living area.
There are multiple gyms within a few minutes' walk.

We are walking distance to many work hubs.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. You will be welcome to leave some belongings in the room on days you are not there as long as the room is usable for any friends I may have to stay. I also use that room to work from home some days
.
Vegetarian strongly preferred.
No smokers.
Must be triple vaccinated against Covid

No guests, overnight or otherwise.
All bills included in rent.
Please give the room a basic clean every two weeks, which will take maximum ten minutes for vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.

I use a Lodgers’ Agreement so that terms are clear for both parties, with notice period etc stated clearly, and I ask for copy of passport / ID, and some verification from your work or place of study, like an email.

Landlord works in the third sector and in the arts. Like-minded person would be a bonus.
