Hi everyone,
I’m a recent graduate from LSE and UC Berkeley and moving back to London to start a new full time position at a FinTech start-up (I’ll be in the office 5 days a week).
I’m looking for one flatmate, either professional or student, to take over the contract from the previous tenant on this Marylebone property. The flat is located in an amazing area, just off Marylebone high street. You would have a choice of double bedroom, as both are equally sized.
The property is a mere 4 minute walk to Baker street station and has a huge amount of transport links within a few minutes walk. There’s a Pure Gym within 8 minutes and a Waitrose, Tesco etc. within 5-10 mins walk.
Ideal move in date is around the 9th July, but slightly later than this should be possible. The flat is managed by Berkshire Hathaway and you
will be taking over from the previous tenant, who unfortunately had to pull out due to her job offer being withdrawn.
Having been a student in London for 3 years, I know the city very well and am always looking to discover new bars / pubs / clubs. I love going out and am hoping for a flatmate who’s down to occasionally hang out and go to bars, concerts etc.
Please message me here with a little info about yourself (eg, what you do, your usual working hours, a little to get a sense of what you're like), plus what dates you're interested in, your availability to visit and your phone number if possible. I'll write back to everyone, and again once the room is gone.
Please feel free to message me if interested!
Tom
