Hi! I'm moving West and looking for someone to replace me in a tidy, spacious and increasingly homely flat. Ideally a student.

The flat is all one level (no stairs) and well located. It's 2min walk to a Tesco, 5min walk to buses that go centrally, 8min walk to Bethnal Green Station and all the shops on Bethnal Green Road. What's more, it's just around the corner from a printing shop, cleaning shop, and cycle shop, and about 15min walk to Hackney Central library and Victoria Park. It really is a great location!

Bills are included, but we take turns to top up the electricity and gas, which is about £30 extra every six weeks. The landlord usually comes around once a month for the rent. There are two toilets with a shower and bath in a separate bathroom. No TV, although people watch shows online.

The room itself gets a lot of light, and there's a single bed, desk, wardrobe and a few shelves which you can move around. It's a good size. The main downside is that it's next to a car park so can sometimes get a bit noisy at night, so I'd recommend earplugs.

My five other flatmates are all women, studying and working, and generally quiet although we socialise a bit in the kitchen. Everyone is from different countries so it's international. Being tidy is also Very Important (!) as we have a cleaning roster. If you're a nice person though you should fit in.

What else? My contract officially runs until 1st September, so I'm looking for someone who intends to stay at least that long. I've been in the flat over a year and am moving out because I got a new job out West.
