Hey guys,
We have a double room available from the 1st of October in Bow near Victoria Park (E3), Price is £580 plus bills (about £60pp)
It's a nice sized double room (in reality bigger than looks in pics) and will be furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. We have an open kitchen/living room which gets a lot of natural light during the day [flowers welcome as you can see].
You would be living with two other flat mates: both in their early 30's. Samuela, Italian recent PhD graduate who works full time and Anna, Latvian girl who is a tutor at beauty school. Both are kind and easy to live with and very clean!
Mile End station is a 8 minute walk from the flat which has the Central, Hammersmith & City, and District lines. There are several great cafes and shops (amazing veggie shop!) that are close by in Roman Road, including a big Tesco supermarket. Victoria Park is 3 min away.
